The first Gourmet & Ganbei is happening on Saturday April 13 at Stone Brewery from 6.30pm till late.
The schedule is as follows:
6.30pm-7.30pm: Cocktail Reception Sponsored by Crimson Pangolin & Fever Tree including Classic Pangolin Tonic, Pink Pangolin Tonic, Blue Pangolin Tonic and Pink Pangolin Berliner Weisse Exclusive Cocktail.
7.30pm: Dinner Sponsored by Stone Brewery and Prepared by Chef James Tao

1st Course – Spicy Salmon Tartar & Baby Leaf paired with Hop Revolver Beer
2nd Course – Asparagus Soup with Crispy Pancetta paired LS Cliché Beer
3rd Course – Misoyaki Cod Fish paired with Stone Ripper Beer
Main Course – French Confit Duck Drumsticks with Moral Jus paired with Old Guardian Beer
Dessert – Lava Sea Salt Cheese Cake paired with Ruination Beer
