Argentinian steakhouse and Peruvian restaurant el Bodegon is firing up the grill for a limited special, featuring a 1.5kg hunk of Uruguayan Wagyu short ribs as the main event. The short ribs come with salad, fries, and mashed potatoes, and starters of provolone cheese, pickled eggplants, and giant olives. At RMB1,500 for four people, this includes a bottle of Garzon Tannat wine. Reservations are absolutely necessary, as it takes time to cook up the ribs. Call to book.
