As part of bird + Bitter's Anniversary Week, each bar and kitchen is holding special brunch cuisine and drinks. 

Sparkle on the weekend because on March 9 brunch guests will be treated to a complimentary glass of sparkling wine (or a bottle if you come in a group of 4).  Just next door at Bitter,  bottles of  Veuve Ambal BDB from Burgundy will be popping for only RMB88 all day long. 

The newly launched brunch is every Wednesday – Sunday from 12pm - 3pm, and you can expect some of highlights from bird's monthly menus with additional brunch dishes such as a Thai baked egg, heirloom tomato and burrata tartine or perfect Japanese omelet. This can be paired with a glass of wine from Bird’s rotating wine menu or new brunch cocktails.
