Paris-born, Tokyo-raised, Berlin-based DJ, music producer, sound designer, and world famous label owner are just a few of the titles of Alex From Tokyo.


Alex’s debut released a remix of “For You” by Big Moses came out on Kerri Chandler’s label Basemental in 2000. Tokyo Black Star’s “Psyche Dance” EP became the very first release of Berlin label Innervisions by Dixon and Âme in 2005 (Innervisions released four other Tokyo Black Star EPs as well as their debut album “Black Ships” in April 2009). Currently, Alex is one of the resident DJs in Berlin at the crazy Cocktail d’Amore party at Griessmuhle and at the Aquarian Shift party at the intimate music club Ohm.
