XIME hosts its popular Craft Sake Pairing Dinner series for the third time - New Year's Tavern of Taste.
Kobe chef Jun Nishio prepares 4 course dinner inspired by traditional Japanese New Year celebration food. Each course will be paired with four types of craft Sake from sake brand Kariho Shozo for an unique tasting experience.
The dinner will be hosted by Japanese SSI association Sake Sommelier Mr. Hu Xiao.
Guests will also be able to purchase these four types of Sake on the night. Book quickly because there are only ten seats available.
About Craft Sake from Kariho Shozo:
Kariho Brewery is located in Akita’s rice fileds. Sake from Kariho is brewed by Master Toji. The Kariho brand is characterized by its traditional yamahai brewing method. In this method the sake is kept fermenting for as long as 60 days at a low temperature. The use of naturally-produced lactic acid and yeast cells creates a silky taste and various flavor components.
