For one weekend only, Chef Simone Thompson (previously of London’s Barrica and The Marksman) brings her own take on late nights in London to the streets of Shanghai. Inspired by the best of British late night fare, Simone’s Food & Firewater pays homage to the feel-good-food revered by chefs, shift workers, and club-goers alike.

Chef Simone Thompson is an Australian native, who’s spent over eight years working in various kitchens across London - notably at Barrica which was awarded a Bib Gourmand in 2016 with Simone as Head Chef, and at The Marksman - Michelin Guide’s UK pub of the year in 2017. She’s passionate about all things pickled, fermented, baked, crisped and cured.
