GINRAW is a gastronomic gin made by experts from the world of gastronomy (a chef, a sommelier, and a mixologist) with a maître parfumeur that captures the spirit of Barcelona: modernity and the avant-garde, tradition and craftsmanship, authenticity and creativity. GINRAW is made using a unique distillation process that combines the traditional method that uses copper stills with the latest gastronomic techniques for low-temperature distillation using Rotaval®. GINRAW is made with a variety of botanical ingredients that only work to enhance the incredible flavor.
Those who attend will get a chance to meet Javier Caballero, the mixologist behind GINRAW, and to try the incredible artisanal menu by him in collaboration with Vincenzo Pagliara of The Zuk Bar.
RSVP to attend GINRAW masterclass at Zuk Bar this Friday from 2 - 3.30pm. Those who attend will have an opportunity to learn more about GINRAW and how to utilize it while making drinks, but if you can't make it go for the drinks at the pop-up later in the evening.
