As part of 1515 West’s Celebrity Bartender Series, 1515 West will be hosting world-renowned bartender Jad Ballout. Jad is famous for his use of both rare and seasonal herbs and spices in his magnificent cocktails. Having grown up near the eastern coast of the Mediterranean Sea, Jad has been exposed to the many flavors of the region. His cocktails have earned him recognition not only in the Eastern Mediterranean, where he has received numerous awards such as Best Bar in the Middle East & Africa 2016, but he has also gained international recognition. Having worked in the industry for almost 10 years, Jad currently operates over five reputable outlets worldwide.
