Stone Brewing is serving Thanksgiving dinner on November 22. The three-course set is RMB358 per person and includes beer pairing. Dishes include chestnut pumpkin soup, roasted turkey with honey glazed ham and sides of Brussels sprouts, roasted potatoes, cranberry compote and sage jus, and pumpkin pie with vanilla ice cream. Courses are paired with Stone Hoppy Lager, Stone Ripper, and Bourbon Barrel-Aged Arrogant Bastard. 6pm onward.
