Our personalized PIG feast is prepared by our talented culinary team, dedicated to making your get together a joyous Thanksgiving gathering. Enjoy special house-made items; Cider brined Smoked Turducken (turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken), Smoked Pork Roll, Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon with Green Goddess Aioli, Ham with Maple and Brown Sugar Glaze with a ton of traditional appetizers, salads, and sides. We'll also keep you warm with our Harvest Squash Soup with Chestnut Butter and Candied Walnuts. You'll end your BIG FAT THANKSGIVING FEAST with a selection of desserts including Warm Maple Walnut Tart, Pumpkin Cheesecake, and Persimmon Pudding with Nutmeg Chantilly Cream.
