LE BOUCHON is kicking off its series of theme dinners with a culinary trip to Normandy, the region of cream, butter and cheese!
6-8PM: APÉRO TIME
Evening starts with a cheese degustation (100RMB gets you a cheese plate and a glass of Normandy cider).
Cheese selection: Brie, Mimolette, St Paulin, Pavé d'Isigny and four types of bread by French bakery Pain Chaud.
6 to 10PM: DINNER TIME, à-la-carte
Guests can decide to stay and try Chef specials using ingredients from Normandy:
STARTER
Grilled Isigny Pavé on sea salt roasted gold onions, veal jus
MAINS
Pan-roasted chicken breast, stuffed with wild mushrooms and St Paulin cheese, roasted pumpkin, wholegrain
mustard sauce
OR
Beef tenderloin, sautéed kale, Brie cheese sauce creamy sauce, black truffle, Cauliflower gratin, topped with grated Mimolette cheese
