Shanghai-based Dane, Kasper Pedersen will be joined by his countryman and former colleague (at 2 Michelin-starred Henne Kirkeby Kro), Kasper Chef Kasper Christensen.  Hailing from Copenhagen, Denmark, the talented visiting chef has competed in culinary competitions from South Korea to France, representing his home nation at the yearly Bocuse d'Or.
