Chefs Stefan Stiller of Michelin star restaurant Taian Table and Bjoern Alexander of modern Japanese restaurant UMI are teaming up for a Four Hands Dinner. Dishes planned for the menu include foie gras, oeufs en meurette, scallops in a rich dashi broth, abalone with caviar, New Zealand Lamb, and short rib. The 10-course menu is RMB1,888 per person and includes eight wines to pair. The dinner will be available at Taian Table on September 13, and at UMI on September 14.
