A fully qualified master brewer with a first-class honors degree in Brewing and Distilling from Herriot Watt University, Martin has continually pushed the boundaries of brewing in the UK with styles and flavors inspired by beers across the world. He’s a renegade artist on a mission to change people’s perceptions of beer and challenge their taste buds. With a palate second to none, he creates precise and artisanal recipes that have won a myriad of awards the world over. Martin will serve up six Brewdog beers and introduce “Mallow Mafia” a massive 12% Coffee, Chocolate and Marshmallow Russian Imperial Stout.
