With 8,640 possible combinations, gin lovers may fashion the perfect gin and tonic to match a range of unique flavour profiles. From peppercorn and coriander scented Crimson Pangolin Chinese gin with English cucumber and ginger to the evocatively herbal Bitter Truth Pink German Gin with grapefruit and rosemary, the possibilities (almost) endless. Each custom-built gin and tonic will be priced at just RMB120*.
