The longstanding Modern Sky-run festival returns this May holiday with a line-up filled with Chinese indie rock highlights, plus a few international acts. Faye Wong’s daughter, indie pop act Leah Dou (playing May 1), is joined by Modern Sky-signed bands New Pants and Re-TROS, plus American art punk trio Liars, British rockers Alt-J and Japanese pop band the fin. The venue has also changed this year from Expo Garden Park to Shanghai Rugby Football Club.
