Brownstone Block Party comes this year with a Food & Wine Festival in Yongjia Court, from noon-7pm. In association with the neighbourhood the wide food selection has Paella, Tapas, Jamón Ibérico, Oysters, Japanese Food.

The entrance price is RMB150 (free for kids) which includes ten consumption tickets. This Fiesta brings live performance as Flamenco Show, Salsa by Shanghai Latin Dance and DJs.
