British rock band, Ride, formed in the late 80s and is considered a seminal shoegaze band, with their debut album, Nowhere, as one of the genre's most important records. The band broke up in 1996 due to artistic differences, with one member moving onto playing bass for Oasis. They have since reunited for several tours and are now making their way to Shanghai.
