On Christmas Eve, a fabulous five-course menu will be presented at the award-winning Pelham's restaurant. Our top team of chefs - who you can watch work in the window-encased kitchen - will present sumptuous dishes such as Lobster Bisque, Roast Chicken with Foie Gras, and Wagyu Beef with Japanese Butter Rice and Sea Urchin.
