It’s our favorite time of the year! Thanksgiving is upon us! This year, Boxing Cat is keeping some of our all-time favorites, like our butter roasted turkey, brined for three to four days and basted in our secret recipe of herbs and spices. We’ll also be serving an epic menu of what some like to call carb loading, but we just call it Thanksgiving. You can expect our traditional sage dressing, creamed spinach with crispy shallots, baked mac and cheese, along with some new favorites like spiced carrot soufflé, southern sweet potato biscuits, and roasted broccolini. Lastly, we can’t forget our delicious spiced pumpkin pie made with a buttery almond crust, chocolate pudding cream pie and the best bread pudding in Shanghai.
