Celebrating the arrival and harvest from the autumn season, and just in time to bring in the year’s most eagerly anticipated seasonal specialities, Pudong Shangri-La has designed a special hairy crab menu showcasing the versatility of the beloved delicacy.
Featuring top-grade crabs sourced from the legendary Gaoyou Lake, Chef Sam Gao from Gui Hua Lou presents a perfect hairy crab feast with his fantastic fusion creations: crab meat ‘lion’s head’ meets Spanish 5J ham, crab meat with fish maw, preserve hairy crab with rice wine and more.
The hairy crab feast set is priced at RMB498 per person, and a la carte dishes are available from RMB48. These prices are subject to a 10 percent service charge, and a six percent value-added tax.
