You will have a great opportunity to learn from an experienced teacher everything about Yoga and it’s benefits, postural realignment, injury prevention and how to take a 15 minute relaxing yoga break at your office.
The workshop will last 90 minutes and after the talk we will have a Q&A session.
This is the first of many Paper Wellness projects to come.
