Roosevelt Prime Steakhouse Description

The O.G. granddaddy of Shanghai's elite steakhouses, Roosevelt is known for it's old school club house interiors (including a cigar lounge), extensive wine list (owner George Chen is one of China's longest collectors of wines), and USDA prime beef roasted in an 800 degree stone oven.
