Sheng Xing Dumplings Description

Sheng Xing is a heritage dumpling shop that has been open for over 100 years. The specialty here are sizeable boiled dumplings served in clear soup, filled with either minced pork, black sesame paste, hairy crab, or chopped vegetables. They also serve wontons and zongzi – stuffed glutenous rice steamed in bamboo leaves.
