Tsukemen Ieyasu Description

Tsukemen Ieyasi is a ramen shop situated in Hongqiao district, serving tsukemen, a special kind of noodle that is served dry with a dipping broth on the side. In addition to ramen, Ieyasu also offers a selection of simple yakitori (meat skewers), and excellent Japanese-style fried chicken. 

The place is popular with Japanese expats, and as such menus are only available in Chinese and Japanese, though there are pictures so ordering should be fairly obvious.
