The Middle House Description

The Middle House is a luxury hotel and serviced residence in Jing'an, and is part of the Swire-owned House Collective series of hotels, notable for its emphasis on individualized service and character. 

The architecture of the hotel was designed by Lissoni Associati, and Wong and Ouyang, and the hotel's name is a nod to its locatiobn within the Dazhongli (大中里) neighbourhood, the 'Zhong' a reference to 'central' in Chinese. 

Hotel amenities include swimming pools, gardens, bars, a spa, and an outpost of the successful Café Gray restaurant, the first of which is situated in The Upper House in Hong Kong. 

Due to open December 2017.
