Ah Jun Shaokao Longxia ('Aunt Jun's BBQ Crayfish') is a tasty but no-frills seafood restaurant on the bustling Shouning Lu food street. Simply choose how spicy you'd like your crayfish (xiaolongxia, 小龙虾), grab a few cold beers, don a pair of plastic gloves, and get busy.

The crayfish are usually sold in measurements of jin (斤), equal to about 500g, though set packages are also available.
