O&M Hair salon was founded in February 1st, 2015. It is the first couple salon co-operated by Oliver from Germany and Melinda from China. They focus on and are expert in technical details, fine cut, blond highlights, etc. They also offer manicure, eyelash cares and even oil massage which can be done simultaneously when customers are doing their hair.
