Cejerdary is an upmarket noodle house specializing in crab noodles. Available in two options; crab fat or crab meat, the restaurant has an inhouse team of crab pickers, who shell up to 12 hairy crabs from Yangcheng Lake for each bowl.
Owned by a devout Buddhist, the restaurant benefits from calmly minimalist interiors, somewhat at odds with the unbridled excess of the food it serves. A must-try for hairy crab season (October-January).
