The latest brainchild from the VOL Group, who count Ultraviolet, Mr & Mrs Bund and The Cut Steak & Fries in their culinary arsenal, From a Chinese Cookbook is one of their first forays into local cuisine.
Heading up the kitchen is acclaimed chef Jereme Leung, formerly of Xintiandi's Shanghai Tang Café and Three on the Bund's Whampoa Club.
