Butao Ramen Description

The first Shanghai branch from Hong Kong ramen shop Butao, this compact joint serves hataka-style ramen in a number of varieties such as black garlic and squid ink, spicy, basil and parmesan and shoyu (soy sauce). Demand for Butao is high, so anticipate waiting in a (reasonably fast moving) line during peak dining hours.
