CESM Union / Foundation Description

CESM Union Foundation is opening its doors to anyone who wants to learn how to achieve enlightenment through meditation. After a three-year break Tian is back with her teachings in Dzogchen - The Great Perfection. She has been a practitioner and Yogi of Tibetan Dzogchen meditation for 20 years. She has meditated in many holy places such as Nepal, Bhutan, India and Sri Lanka. With a Post-doctorate in Experimental Psychology she wrote her thesis on meditation with ordinary people and Lamas. Highlighted in Psychiatry magazine with reknowned scientists and doctors, she emphasizes the research of consciousness and mentality in society. Where experimental tests such as brain scans through MRI are done during meditative states to understand better the activation of the brain zones and its attendant implicit and explicit memories.
