Japanese speakeasy serving exquisitely made cocktails and whisky has a new location at Fengsheng Li just blocks from its old Zhang Court digs. Seating 30 guests, the vibe here is calm, low key and the pace is slow. Japanese mixologist Naoji Oji, formerly of Mardi Gras, is a master at his craft and is capable of making just about any drink upon request, particularly martinis.
