Diner is a fast casual concept by esteemed Taiwanese-American chef Austin Hu, whose former exploits include erstwhile city favorite Madison, and its spin-off delicatessen, Madison Kitchen. 

Here you'll find a menu of lightly elevated comfort food classics, think meatloaf, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, burgers, French toast, and loaded 'disco fries.'
