The Twins Description

The Twins is jointly run by Zwilling and Cornelia Poletto. The building of mixed western and eastern architectural style is located in ZWILLING Worldwide Flagship Store in HKRI Taikoo Hui, Shanghai, and designed by the Milan-based design studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez. The inviting Mediterranean cuisine blooms respectively in the Casual Dining area and the Fine Dining area. At noon, we mainly feature business set lunches, but at night, a great variety of food is available. At the Food Bar, we offer fresh seafood, 5J Iberico ham from Spain, etc. At the restaurant, there is also a Zwilling Gourmet School where the culture of “social kitchen” is shared. The kitchenware at the restaurant and in its kitchen is mostly of Zwilling’s brands.
