Wishbone 如愿骨 is a modern rotisserie & bar located at the ground level of 888-3 Chang De Road, north Jing An. It is the latest project from Chef Samuel Norris, whose previous experience includes Nobu, Heston Blumenthal’s Dinner in London and Mr & Mrs Bund.
Wishbone’s menu draws inspiration from the traditional French rotisserie and modern European cooking. The menu is simple. Roast chicken being the signature dish marinated and slow-roasted in Wishbone’s French rotisserie oven. The chicken is served quarter, half and whole with a selection of lovingly prepared lovingly prepared seasonal side dishes. Wishbone Sandwiches, classic wishbone and chronic croquette are now available at both lunch and dinner services.
The starter and bar snacks are also constantly evolving. They are the celebration of seasonality, flavours and ingredients that we're in the mood to eat.
We also serve fast, simple and delicious lunch, with the addition of traditional English Sunday roast on Sundays.
Wishbone is a vibrant neighborhood eatery and bar, offering a relaxed and beautiful environment to enjoy brunch, lunch, dinner and drinks.

widely available in Shanghai, but available at Wishbone now.
