Shanghai Mart Description

Opened in 1999, ShanghaiMart is the first permanent international trade mart in China and the largest in Asia, comprised of three complimentary venues encompassing 280,000 m2 as the Mart, Expo and Office Tower. The Mart is about 200,000 m2 for companies wishing to establish year round product showcases, the Expo of 37,000 m2 for incoming exhibitions, self-owned fairs and the Tower of 42,000 m2 providing a multi-storey commercial office space for international companies and consulates. The General Consulate to Shanghai of Chilean, Belarus, Indonesia and the Visa Center of Japan are all located in ShanghaiMart’s office tower.
