Spice Bazaar brings to you a more upscale and sophiscated Xinjiang dining experience. The decor is simple, rustic-chic with plenty of reclaimed wood, unfinished surfaces, and colorful tapestries. The food follows a likewise simple approach with toned down Xinjiang classics. Plenty of heavy lamb dishes such as lamb kebabs, braised lamb and onion with Uyghur bread, and lamb pilaf as well as more unconventional dishes such as spiced red wine-braised snow pears and mint salad.
