On Thursday, March 19, a number of Guangzhou restaurants will participate in the Good France initiative.

The project is being organized by Alain Ducasse and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development to promote French heritage through cuisine and wine.

Good France is taking place on five continents and will feature 1000 unique menus.

Participating Guangzhou restaurants include: Ebony, Greg’s Restaurant, Hanz Dining, Flavors and Chez Max.

The menu’s price is at the restaurant’s discretion, and they are all encouraged to donate 5% of proceeds to a local NGO promoting health and the environment.
