From September 3 to 7, Spanish gastronomic maestro Chef Joaquín Campos Románto joins hands with Chef Steffen Schnetzke, Chef de Cuisine of the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou, to create a sumptuous Spanish a la carte menu this special season.

These two creative chefs will serve a modern bill of fare based around 5J 100 percent Iberico ham, which, thanks to more than 130 years of history and tradition, has been recognized as the 'ham of Spain.' They have chosen the freshest meat and seasonal vegetables, grilled in wood-fired ovens to maximize the beautiful taste and rich nutrition.

Some of the chef’s recommendations include salmorejo with 5J Ibérico ham, goat cheese balls with caramelized onion, 5J Ibérico ham, melon in a gazpacho shot, huevos estrellados with 5J Ibérico ham, wild yellow snapper with sherry vinaigrette, steak tartare with sherry wine and bloody mary vinaigrette and 5J Ibérico ham.
