Canton Fair Overseas Buyers' Registration Made Simple

With the much-anticipated 134th Canton Fair just around the corner – scheduled to open its doors this Sunday, October 15 – we've prepared a simple guide to make your overseas buyers' registration process as seamless as possible.

Whether you're a first-time attendee or in need of a replacement badge, these services are offered entirely free of charge.

Here's everything you need to know about overseas buyers' registration in Hong Kong, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, designated hotels in Guangzhou, and on-site at the Canton Fair Complex.

Registration in Hong Kong

The Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office is here to assist you with your badge needs for the 134th Canton Fair.

Address: Room 3106 – 3107, Office Tower, Convention Plaza, No. 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong

Service Hours: Monday to Friday from 10am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 5pm. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong Public Holidays.

Registration at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

The airport is well-prepared to assist overseas buyers attending the 134th Canton Fair with three registration counters in total, and two counters offering 24-hour registration services on peak overseas buyer arrival days.

Location:

Two registration counters at T1: One by Gate A9 at Arrivals and another by the Metro station entrance at LG1.
One registration counter at T2 – the Guangzhou Tourist Information Centre.

Designated Hotels in Guangzhou

For your convenience, the 134th Canton Fair offers badge services at 40 designated hotels in Guangzhou.

Notably, some of these hotels provide 24-hour services during the peak arrival days.

The 10 hotels marked with an * in the list offer 24-hour badge services during peak arrival times, specifically on October 14 and 15 for Phase 1, October 22 and 23 for Phase 2, and October 30 and 31 for Phase 3.

For applications submitted during night shifts, the badge will be issued after 8.30am on the same day or the following day.

Registration at the Canton Fair Complex

When you arrive at the Canton Fair, the convenience of overseas buyers remains a priority.

Four overseas buyer registration offices will be available at the complex:

Two overseas buyer registration offices are located at Area B of the Canton Fair Complex (Exit A/B, Pazhou Station, Guangzhou Metro Line 8).
An overseas buyer registration office is located at Area C of the Canton Fair Complex (Exit C, Pazhou Station, Guangzhou Metro Line 8).
An overseas buyer registration office is located at Area D of the Canton Fair Complex (Exit A, Xingang East Station, Guangzhou Metro Line 8).
