Thu-Sat Oct 1-3: The Canton Place Moonlight Tent Market
The Moonlight Tent Market by The Canton Place and Mafa Bazaar will run from Oct 1-3, from 4-10pm. The event will be a celebration of both the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day! Creative stalls, mobile Western antique houses, classic cars and motors, goosebump-inducing music and swing dance, a gala party with lanterns and much more will be on display. Sat Oct 3: Park 10 Wellness: Yoga Workshop

Sun Oct 4: Monster KaR
Monster KaR launched a nationwide tour this month for their newly released album Love Cloud Island. The tour is themed around the love-hate relationship between the spaceship ‘Love Cloud’ and a monster known as KaR, depicting humane struggles from the point of view of an alien. The band’s performances will combine music with theatrical visuals, to present a unique musical theater aesthetic. Swing by Mao Livehouse this Sunday for a masterful performance.

Sat-Mon Oct 3-5: Jazz It Up
If you haven’t checked out Four Seas Walk in Panyu, now might be time. From October 3-5, Four Seas International Jazz Music & Food Carnival is going to light up everywhere south of the Pearl River with performances by internationally renowned jazz bands and musicians, as well as a flashmob dance (we bet you missed those), light show, food and drinks and more.
