As a result of the new coronavirus crisis, many F&B establishments in Guangzhou have either suspended or reduced operations over the past two weeks. Authorities have ordered some business to shut, while others have decided to temporarily close to protect staff and customers from the ongoing disease outbreak.
While many folks had last week off work, things are getting back to normal this week: Many businesses and offices reopened. As such, it seems like the perfect time to update our readers on the operational status of Guangzhou’s myriad of F&B hotspots.
Below, we tell you which bars, restaurants and cafes are back in business (with reduced capacity) and which ones remain closed. Please bear in mind that, for the time being, most restaurants and bars in town offer limited seating as mandated by authorities.
