On Wednesday, November 27, we held our annual Food & Drink Awards ceremony in Guangzhou and we’re happy to report it was a resounding success. With nearly 500 distinguished guests in attendance, it was also one of our best attended – ever.

On behalf of That’s and Urbanatomy, we would like to express our deepest appreciation for all the support we received while planning and executing the That’s x 1664 Food & Drink Awards 2019 in Guangzhou, from the voting period right through to the awards ceremony, which was held at one of Guangzhou’s most distinguished hotels, The Four Seasons Guangzhou.

Themed ‘A Galaxy Far, Far Away,’ all the city’s movers and shakers were there, enjoying captivating performances, free-flow booze and a delightful selection of high-quality edibles provided by the culinary Jedi at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou.

Last week’s gathering was a true testament to the food and drink scene that has flourished in the Greater Bay Area since our F&B awards started 14 years ago and we look forward to celebrating Guangzhou’s finest eateries and bars for many years to come.

Below, a nod to our amazing sponsors who helped make this fantastic event possible:

Title and Exclusive Beer Sponsor:

Kronenbourg 1664 is the most sold French beer in the world and a market leader for high-end premium beers. It was named after the year the Hatt family, the founders of Kronenbourg, first started commercial brewing. Kronenbourg is the fifth oldest beer brand in the world that still exists today. 1664 is ideal with a meal on the terrace, as an aperitif or simply for the pleasure of it.
