That’s Guangzhou takes a look at some of the best gigs this weekend:
Starting Fri, Nov 22: 2019 Guangzhou Jazz Festival @ Xinghai Concert Hall
The 2019 Guangzhou Jazz Festival will kick off on November 22. The lineup of this year’s edition doesn’t fall short of previous performances either. The opening act will be staged by Branford Marsalis Quartet, which was founded by the eponymous, Grammy-winning saxophonist. Then there’s the young and gifted jazz diva Cecile McLorin Salvant, who has won three Grammy Awards in just four years. Jazz musicians from Europe and the Pearl River Delta will also be jazzing up the week-long music events.
Fri, Nov 22: Rebel Rebel Presents Kaoss GZ @ Rebel Rebel
