Sat, Aug 10: A Concert Prone to Cancellation @ T:union

Concerts get cancelled from time to time, it’s just the way it is. Bands know it, organizers know it and fans certainly know it (thanks a lot, Celine Dion). Four rockin’ bands – Pictured Resort, Teenage Riot, Yourboyfriendsucks! and Cheesemind – are set to play at T:union on the second Saturday of August. However, the organizers have flat out stated that this concert is prone to cancellation. While this would make for an absolute blast of a show, we must warn you – don’t get your hopes up.

Sat, Aug 10: Deeplomatist @ Brasston
While techno is attracting much attention in the Middle Kingdom, Saturday’s show at Brasston will highlight the diversity of electronic music in China. Deeplomatist will give you back warm dance sounds by playing their fine selection of quality house tracks.

Sat, Aug 10: Kor Presents Anker Arken and BMX77 @ The Window
Kor returns to The Window for its third party, featuring two musicians from unique and different regions of the PRC. Catch BMX77, a Hainan native, and Ankar Arken, from the vast and beautiful Xinjiang province, as they take you on a magical musical journey of techno, deep house and more. So strap in your seatbelts, folks – we’re going for a ride.
