Temperatures are expected to dip this weekend in Guangdong province, with Guangzhou and Shenzhen both set for a cool down.
After consistent highs in the mid-to-high 20s this week in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, this weekend will bring cooler temperatures along with light rain from Friday to Sunday.
On Saturday, Guangzhou will drop down to 15 degrees Celsius with a high of 18 degrees, according to Accuweather. Sunday will see temperatures rise a bit with a high of 22 degrees and a low of 19 degrees. Rainfall is forecasted for each of the next three days with afternoon showers on Saturday and rain and drizzle in the afternoon on Sunday.
Shenzhen temperatures will fall to 19 degrees on both Saturday and Sunday, with a high of 22 degrees this weekend, according to Accuweather. The decrease in temperature will be accompanied by light rain in the afternoon both days.
So, throw on a jacket and keep an umbrella nearby to stay warm and avoid those raindrops from falling on your head.
