The weekend kicks off this Friday night, June 9, with a PRiDe Opening Ceremony at Wilber’s from 5.30-8.30pm. Wear rainbow, glitter or a disco-inspired outfit and you’ll fit in just fine! The entry fee of RMB150 will buy you tapas and free-flow drinks. See event listing here.
Not ready to end your Friday night at 8.30pm? Hang around Wilber’s for the Rainbow Roller Party (meet at Wilber’s at 8.30pm sharp). Leave on those disco outfits (or take ‘em off, we won’t judge!) and keep on rockin’ in the name of free love! (Skates are available to rent, and the entry fee is RMB50). See event listing here.
Don’t party too hard Friday, because things start right up again Saturday afternoon (June 10) with Hunting’s Pool Party from 2-6pm at Leader Paradise (behind W Hotel). The RMB50 entry will hook you up with limited cocktails courtesy of Hunting as well as delicious snacks from Social&Co! You can also BYOB (bring your own booze/beverage). After the pool party, get your rainbow chic on (wear a solid color from head to toe) for the Official PRiDe Party Saturday night from 8-11.30pm on the rooftop of the Crowne Plaza! RMB300 buys you entry, free-flow Brew Dog IPA and lager beers, as well as free-flow rum- and vodka-based rainbow cocktails.
Plus, enjoy live drag queen and king performances, a special guest band, live DJ and one free welcome drink at the Suns official after party following the event (with your wristband). Is Sunday a day of rest? Not when there’s a PRiDe party in town! Gather your friends and family to join in the LGBTQ and Family Garden BBQ Sunday, June 11, from noon until 5pm at the 6th floor garden in the Crowne Plaza! The RMB85 entry fee includes a burger and drink (choice of juice, soda pop or beer), access to awesome performances, games, water activities, a flea market, live music and a live DJ! End this unforgettable weekend on a high note with a ride on the Rainbow Cruise, which departs at 7pm (get there at 6.30pm!) from Tianzi Wharf and docks again at 9pm.
