Spandau Ballet is coming to Hong Kong, on September 25, and tickets are now available online at Damai.

The band's first concert in Hong Kong will be held at the AsiaWorld-Expo Area.

If you are unfamiliar with the group, they are an English new wave band that formed in London in the late 1970s.

Spandu Ballet’s classic line-up is composed of brothers Martin and Gary Kemp on guitars, John Keeble on the skins (ahem, drums), Steve Norman on the saxophone and vocalist Tony Hadley.

Heavily influenced by the New Romantic movement, the group’s debut single, ‘To Cut a Long Story Short’ (video below), was the groups first of 10 U.K. Top 10 Hits.

The band split up in 1990 and didn’t re-form until 2009 when they sold out the London O2 Arena in less than 20 minutes.

Tickets for the Hong Kong show range in price from RMB380-755, with a special VIP package available from RMB1155.

The VIP package includes taking photos with the band.
