Co-organized by the British Chamber of Commerce Guangdong and the China Britain Business Council, the sixth UK-China Architecture Forum - Architectural Technology was held on June 26 at the Hilton Tianhe, Guangzhou.

This year the forum took a closer look at architectural technology and how this trend is re-shaping the industry, while ushering in certain challenges.

New materials and technologies have generated a new approach to the way which we design today’s buildings. We are increasingly seeing more of a fusion between traditional architectural skills complemented with the integration of construction technologies in the design process.

The British Chamber of Commerce Guangdong hopes the sixth UK-China Architecture Forum helped brainstorm some refreshing ideas and fostered discussion on potential actions for the industry.
